Vintage Airstream Argosy Travel Trailer for sale

Found this color model of the Airstream RV offered for sale on Craigslist for $10800 in Snohomish, Washington. The vintage 28 feet long Argosy Travel Trailer made by Airstream in 1977 seems very well cared for. All look good inside and out shown in the photos, but not perfect it has a dent in the lower right corner, but the rest are solid. Overall looks promising and has a lot of potential as a little charming house.


This Vintage 1977 28 ft Airstream Argosy Travel Trailer VIN: 28A7S5422 is one nice example of an American Icon of the vintage aircraft-style aluminum travel trailer. This rig is all original and in good condition overall with the sign of use. This rig also has plenty of storage, a kitchenette with an excellent original double sink, a magic chef cooktop, and a nice bath with a full shower in the rear. This Argosy 28ft model is lightweight and easy to tow and maneuver with almost any vehicle. It could be a perfect family trailer for a summer holiday.

Very nice 28 ft. argosy, great for long distance travel or as your tiny home. Very easy tow, don't even know it's behind you. This trailer is all original, no leak's all aluminum construction. Weigh's only 4,790 lbs. Has very large wrap around window's front and rear with 4 skylight's. Twin bed's in rear, large hallway closet's, sofa in front that drop's down into a bed, large fridge/freezer, large pantry, double stainless steel kitchen sink's, stove/oven, air conditioner, heater, bathroom with sink, toilet, cabinet's and good size shower with built-in bench seat. Very comfortable for up to 4 people. Table pop's up in front of sofa. Everything works, good plumbing and electrical. Tire's are good and electric brake's work. Body is straight except for one small dent in the lower right corner. I have seen these trailer's sold as tiny house's. They are light weight and don't leak. Has a 30 gallon fresh water tank, has 23 gallon black water tank and a 16 gallon grey water tank. Come take a look. Nice trailer.
